Remember the time of our youth...we transfered the latest hits on a audio cassette for our best friend , we went to school with a Sony walkman and we danced to a record played by our favourite DJ until morning.
Well.. somehow it `s the same today ... nothing really changed ... Nothing?
of course something changed! There`s a world which changed the generation:
The internet!!
It makes everything so easy now. You need no appointments , you will surely find your friends in one of the social networks, the latest fashion items you can purchase by auction at a convenient price and you can get yout favourite music immediately from an online store – no tapes or records are needed anymore.
It`s obvious – life is easier now!
But not in any cases – something becomes more difficult - it `s just a point of view.
Because with the internet and the quick access to all kind of dates a new kind of distribution are developed which brought a great despair to many media enterprises close to financial ruin.
The term of that distribution is: filesharing.
Filesharing is a useful and comfortable tool for sharing dates and information and it causes no problems if you use it legaly. But unfortunately every kind of data will be shared online today, no matter from where it originally comes from. Already no one asks: Who is the owner of that product?
The filesharer who post the unauthorised products at the filehosters and P2P networks know that their attitude is illegal but it happens day by day. They act regardless of the owners of the material they spread out around the world. This new kind of product piracy demands for action, what gives The licensgroup a reason to operate in the world wide web.

The why and wherefore:
The principals of online trade and ongoing marketing works when the user oft he products pays for ist use. The payment means an appropriate curency of the according country and not just a "thank you" in an online community. Every kind of filesharing, even with external filehosters are detectable with the help of legal requierements. (Nobody stays anonymous)
Point of view
Everybody who uses and provides illegal products has to be aware that this criminal act will be pursued. The Victims are the creators and enterprises who developed the products – not the filesharer whose wrongdoing has been proved.
Everyone who knows that but
supports product piracy has to take the resultant responsibility. Ignorance doesn`t protects for punishment. Only when we go the legal ways we can support the creation and intelligence and take profit out of the diversity of offers and permanently new trends.
